Requesting payments is now a breeze with our new Payment Request feature. Simply enter your client's name and email, and we'll send them a detailed payment request with all your banking information. This not only simplifies the payment process but also allows you to track the payments you've received, ensuring you're always on top of your finances.

Enhanced Support with Video Guides

We've revamped our support resources to make getting help even easier:

• The sidebar now prominently features an "FAQ" link for quick access to our most commonly asked questions
• Dive into our new video guides for visual, step-by-step assistance on various Parallax features. Check out a sample video guide here.
• We've also updated our deposit instructions, incorporating your feedback to make the process clearer, especially for connecting with platforms like Upwork and Gusto.

Transparent Fees

We're committed to transparency, and our updated fee structure reflects this:

• Say goodbye to the "fee breakdown" dropdown. Now, the UI automatically displays the live exchange rate and fees.
• Compare our rates directly with Google's exchange rate right from our platform. Spoiler alert: Last Wednesday, Parallax's rate outperformed Google's!
• Check out our new comparison table to see how much you save using Parallax compared to services like Payoneer and Paypal, with Wise potentially joining the list soon.
